Travursity Travel Showcase Event a Success for Ft. Lauderdale!

Travursity Travel Showcase kicked off its Inaugural Season to a large group of travel agents last week in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. The agents were welcomed by a variety of travel suppliers including Celtic Tours, Israel Ministry of Tourism, the Greater Ft. Lauderdale CVB, Bedsonline, Experiencias Xcaret and Famtrips.travel to name a few. Many agents took part in an exclusive pre-event presentation by Bedsonline before the main event kicked off with a tradeshow and supplier presentations. Fun items were passed out, prizes were raffled off and a tropical buffet was the perfect way to cap off the enjoyable evening.

Bernie Korn from Travel Lines Express gave Travursity Travel Showcase an “A+ EVENT!”.
Bryan Villella of Cruiseone responded by stating it was “extremely organized” with a “good cross section of vendors”.
Irene Cramer with Master Travel & Cruises said it was “very good & well structured”.
Even our suppliers responded with “great event with plenty of strong agents in attendance”, “can’t wait to do another one” and “very fun and productive!”
And finally, Edna Gritz of Soul Travel commented “The show was great!! You can consider it a success. I really liked it. It was very informative. The set up helped to get to know the vendors well. Good networking. Great food and prizes, You really took very good care of us!!”

Thanks again and although we received a great deal of positive feedback, we know we have only just begun! We look to bring the best and most supportive suppliers to each of our events and provide the producing travel agent the opportunity to meet national and regional BDM’s. We believe that these events are invaluable to agents because they have told us they want these types of opportunities; and the suppliers are telling us the same thing. And because of this, Travursity Travel Showcase will continue to make it happen!
