St. Louis and Chicago “ROCKED” the House!!

It didn’t take long to see that our recent events were going to be special! Travursity Travel Showcase journeyed up to Arlington Heights outside of Chicago this past Wednesday, April 27^th, and we welcomed a large audience of travel agents ready to meet suppliers and invest in their businesses. Sandals and Bedsonline, as well as Celtic Tours met with the agents and provided fantastic presentations on their destinations, products and opportunities that they can offer their clients. We were extremely happy to see how well the attendance was considering it was cold and rainy night and traffic was a hindrance. It was a great night of networking, food and prizes and we look forward to putting it on our schedule again next year!

The next day (April 28^th) we traveled to St. Louis, MO to the magnificent River City Casino & Hotel right on the Mississippi River just south of the St. Louis Arch. All we can say was “WOW”! Our event was packed to capacity with agents from all over the Midwest and the energy was through the roof. The event included presentations by Bedsonline and Sandals and was an incredible experience with the giant LED video wall that made each presentation truly immersive! The agents were impressed and the travel suppliers commented over and over, how many great agents were in attendance. The evening was a rousing success!

It seems that these events are just growing in size and popularity with each and every show! Our next event in the Mt. Laurel, NJ (Philadelphia area) is already at capacity with only a few remaining travel agents spots open, but we still have exhibitor’s space available for this event. What can we say, even our first show in our Fall schedule in Baltimore, Maryland is already over 82% sold out for travel agents and we do not think it will be long before the rest of the schedule will be at capacity!!

The agents are coming out in force and requesting more and more suppliers and have shown their commitment to building their business and we will continue to support them.
